Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply return them within 30 days from the original shipment date, along with a copy of the invoice and a written reason for the return.

A full refund or exchange will be provided, minus shipping charges. Please carefully repack the Twiddles® to avoid damage during return.

The Twiddle® must be unused, in order to receive a refund. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
