OTHER SENSORY CONDITIONS
Twiddles® are soft, therapeutic comfort and activity aids for people with a wide range of sensory-related conditions, such as:
- ADHD
- Angelman Syndrome
- Arthritis
- Cognitive Impairment
- Developmental Delays
- Down Syndrome
- Stroke Recovery
For sensory dysregulation conditions, Twiddles are a less-expensive, drug-free therapy option, ideal for use at home or in a rehabilitation setting. Twiddles can help:
- increase or decrease light touch sensitivity
- “wake up” the body to increase body awareness and sensations
- calm or desensitize in preparation for potentially problematic activities, such as haircuts, manicures or dental appointments
- develop body organization for maintaining attention and appropriate behavior for a given task or activity
In the case of arthritis and stroke, Twiddles provide a low-cost, low-tech rehabilitation option. They’re an easy way to:
- exercise hands and arms
- regain fine motor control and skills
- improve strength and dexterity
For those with ADHD, Twiddles encourage repetitive tactile stimulation that can help:
- reduce agitation and distractibility
- provide a calming effect along with enjoyable activities
- maintain attention and appropriate behavior for tasks and activities.
Each Twiddle is made from a cozy, durable fabric. Tethered inside is a flexible, soft-plastic orbit ball. Twiddles remind that special someone they are cared for, even when you can’t be with them.
Attached to the outside are three detachable gadgets:

Additional features:
