TWIDDLE® AND ADAPTIWRAP® BRANDS
Brand integrity is very important to us, as is clarity and consistency in the way the Twiddles® are presented. To this end, we ask that our products be referenced in marketing and promotional materials as Twiddle®Classic, Twiddle®Cat, Twiddle®Pup, Twiddle®Sport, Twiddle®Nathan, and AdaptiWrap®. Product photography is available to wholesalers upon request.
ORDERING
The minimum total order is 10 Twiddles® and/or AdaptiWraps®, in any assortment. Orders may be placed via e-mail to vlquick@4twiddles.com. Purchase orders may be e-mailed (best) or faxed.
We request that those who have not previously placed an order with us, complete the New Wholesale Inquiry Form. Once approved, orders will immediately be accepted.

Payment in U.S. dollars, 30 days net, upon receipt of invoice

SHIPPING CHARGES
We primarily ship through United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground service. If you prefer product be shipped using your UPS or FedEx account, please provide us that instruction and account number with your order. Drop ship orders typically are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. In all cases, we will provide a tracking number with your invoice.
PROCESSING ORDERS
We ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. If anything occurs to prevent this, we will immediately alert you by e-mail.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply return them within 30 days from the original shipment date, along with a copy of the invoice and a written reason for the return. A full refund or exchange will be provided, minus shipping charges. Please carefully repack the Twiddles® to avoid damage during return. The Twiddles® must be unused, in order to receive a refund. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the wholesaler.
